(1) 세계 각 국가와 대륙단위 청소년꿈발표제전 (2015-2020년도) 입상자 (1-3등)
유럽대회 (21개국) 수상자, 아시아대회 (14개국) 수상자,
각 국가 대회 수상자 (중국, 일본, 사할린, 독일, 영국, 프랑스, 브라질, 아르헨티나, 뉴질랜드, 호주,
캐나다, 미국, 멕시코, 과테말라)
(2) 세계 각 국가의 재단 지부 회장 추천자 (미국, 일본, 중국, 한국, 뉴질랜드, 독일, 프랑스, 네덜란드, 멕시코, 과테말라, 브라질, 아르헨티나, 아프리카)
<선발 기준>
지도력 및 봉사경력- 50%, 에세이/소론/수필 – 40%, 학교 성적 – 10%
